WELCOME

The California Correctional Supervisor's Organization (CCSO) was created to serve the exclusive interest of supervisory and managerial personnel who work for the Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. CCSO is committed to protecting its membership through aggressive legal representation, lobbying the Department of Personnel Administration, CDCR, and California legislators for enhanced wages and benefits, and securing a safe and fair workplace.

CCSO Mission Statement

"The California Correctional Supervisors Organization's mission is to provide its membership with professional, competent and aggressive legal representation. Our primary goal is to achieve exclusive representation rights for all peace officers and non-peace officers in supervisory and managerial classifications, employed in the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation."
